I am a multimedia reporter with experience covering a variety of beats, including business and workplace trends, gender, and politics. Most recently, I was an editorial fellow at Fortune, where I wrote quick news hits and feature articles on corporate culture, the C-suite, and more. I also contributed to three of the publication’s flagship newsletters: CHRO Daily, Most Powerful Women Daily, and Term Sheet.
I graduated with a Master of Science degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism. I spent the majority of my time in the program writing stories on the relationship between the arts and a variety of other topics, including labor and real estate. I covered the joint writers’ and actors’ strikes, and reported and wrote a 5,000 word story on the history of Westbeth Artists Housing, a non-profit housing complex for artists that has become a naturally occurring retirement community.
My work has appeared in Glamour, Observer, West Side Rag, The West Side Spirit, and Columbia News Service. I have reported across multiple platforms, and have experience in feature and breaking news reporting, investigative techniques, and audio production.
